Are you organized, precise, and passionate about personnel administration? This position is made for you!

For our client, a company in the public sector based in the Fribourg region, we are looking for an HR specialist for a temporary mission with the aim of permanent employment and a quick start.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You prepare standard HR documents, such as attestations, work certificates, and various letters addressed to staff
• You process routine administrative files, including maternity leave, attestations for unemployment insurance, and residence permits
• You enter and check personnel administrative data in the HR systems, ensuring their accuracy
• You file and maintain electronic personnel files in an orderly manner and in compliance with confidentiality
• You answer administrative questions from staff in French or German, with clarity, rigor, and discretion

You offer your new employer

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent commercial training recognized in Switzerland
• You have experience in HR administration, ideally in the public sector, and knowledge of Swiss social insurance is a plus
• You speak French or German fluently and have good knowledge of the other language, both spoken and written
• You are comfortable with MS Office, and experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Abacus or another similar HR software is an asset
• You are precise, reliable, and discreet, and you are available quickly for a start date
