Pastor (80 percent) from 1 February 2027 or by agreement

• 03 October 2026
• 100%
• Indefinite duration
• Ardez

Do you want to live and work where it is almost always sunny, but never too hot?

Our esteemed pastor is starting a new challenge after ten years of activity in our parish. This is why we are looking for a pastor (80 percent) from 1 February 2027 or by agreement.

Our parish is located in the sunny Lower Engadine and extends over the Romansh municipalities of Ardez, Ftan and Guarda.

We are looking for a pastor who will accompany our parish with discernment and commitment for a new stage. Societal changes also affect our inner alpine valley and influence our community. As a parish, we wish to be present for the people and focus on the essential areas of cantonal ecclesiastical work.

For us, this means pastoral ministry during services and interviews, the pastoral conduct of ceremonies, the attentive accompaniment of our children and young people in religious and catechetical teaching, as well as diaconia through which we strengthen the communities.

We wish for a person

• interested in the Romansh language and culture
• having an open and autonomous personality, who joyfully assumes the multiple tasks of our parish
• open and present in pastoral ministry
• who loves working with catechumens
• who is happy to maintain contact with the population
• who appreciates lived tradition and culture and carefully creates something new

We offer:

• Three beautiful churches and two chapels
• An autonomous field of work with possibilities for design and support from the council
• A beautiful apartment in the pastoral house of the municipality of Ardez, including garage and large garden
• A pastoral secretariat
• Modern employment conditions of the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Grisons
• Support for learning the Romansh language
• Lots of sun, little fog and in winter white slopes and a blue sky

Do you feel concerned and already speak Romansh or are you ready to learn this language? Then contact us! We look forward to your application! Send it with the usual documents until 30.11.2026 to:
