Two entities to manage, true autonomy over accounting and a key role within a growing group. We are looking for a Group Accountant to join the finance team.

A French-speaking group in full growth, an accounting function at the heart of its development, and a role that goes far beyond bookkeeping. True autonomy over your scope, varied responsibilities ranging from general accounting to payroll, and above all the possibility to contribute to the harmonization and modernization of processes. Today, we are looking for a Group Accountant at 60–80 % to join the adventure.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Bookkeeping of general accounting and the closings of two entities
• Complete management of payroll and personnel administration
• Reconciliations, monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Preparation of the annual closing and follow-up of audits
• Supervision of a small administrative team
• Monitoring of invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow
• Management of VAT and administrative obligations
• Improvement of processes and participation in the migration to Odoo

You offer your new employer

• Training in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum of experience in Swiss general accounting
• Solid experience in Swiss payroll and social security contributions
• Mastery of an accounting ERP and Excel
• Good knowledge of VAT and Swiss legal obligations
• Experience in a service company and/or project environment
• First experience in team supervision
• Fluent French, English B2; German an asset
