The primary school comprises six school units with around 2,000 students as well as over 500 employees. For the Primary School Wädenswil department, we are looking for a Clerk Student Affairs, 80 %, by arrangement for the Student Affairs team. Your areas of responsibility include * support for the Head of Student Affairs * administration of the school bus system, school-based childcare as well as allocations of students * processing of dispensation requests * preparation of the holiday plan and annual plan grid for the schools in Wädenswil * processing of reservations such as rooms and infrastructure * responsibility for the archive of the school administration * advice and provision of information via telephone, counter and via email/messenger What you bring * completed training in the administrative field (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, Schulverwaltungsfachfrau/-mann SIB/VPZS or comparable qualification) * several years of experience in administration, ideally in the field of education / school * very good IT user knowledge (MS-Office programs) as well as experience in the use of (school) administration software (escola, CMI) * high service orientation and socially competent personality * independent, solution-oriented, conscientious and exact way of working * confident expression in speech and writing We offer you a versatile and exciting activity in a school environment, a dedicated team and a conveniently located workplace in the beautiful center of Wädenswil only a few minutes' walk from the station/lake.
