Lecturer in the field of Legal English I and II (part-time)

These are your tasks

• Preparing, conducting, and reflecting on in-person events
• Supervision and support of students to achieve learning objectives outside of in-person events (e-moderation, e-coach)
• Active use of the e-learning platform Moodle
• Observation of students' learning progress and audience-appropriate engagement with the students
• Creating, conducting, evaluating, and reflecting on online learning activities, online assessments, exams, and semester papers
• Planning, creating, evaluating, and revising modules (module plan and online course) in consultation with the department head

What you bring with you

• Completed university degree (Master/Lizentiat) in Law, Wirtschaftsrecht, or English Studies/Linguistics with a specialization in legal terminology
• English at native level (C2/Native Speaker) as well as excellent specialist knowledge in Common Law, Contract Drafting, and Commercial English
• Relevant professional experience in legal practice (e.g., international law firm, legal department) or many years of experience in teaching specialized languages for lawyers.
• Didactic qualification and high affinity for e-learning (blended learning) desirable, or willingness to develop further in this area
