Your tasks

• Direction of the central services of the office
• Accounting management of the office
• Coordination of human resources at the level of the office
• Member of the management and support of the management in all administrative areas

Your profile

• Professional maturity or commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, preferably in administration, insurance or the health sector
• Management experience (ideally in the field of public administration)
• Experience in HR and accounting or equivalent activity
• Completed trainer training
• High social competence
• Enjoyment of organizational, digital and coordination tasks
• Entrepreneurial spirit, great personal initiative, structured, solution-oriented and transversal working method in a team
• Very good written and oral expression in German, good oral knowledge in English and French
• Training and mentoring of apprentices
• Support in internal processes at the office
• Organization of the telephone service and the counter

Your working environment

The Office de la santé is an office of the Direction de la santé of the canton of Zug. In addition to the central services, it includes the departments for addiction counseling, child and youth health, the pharmaceutical department, the medical department as well as the financing, quality and care department.
