Multimedia Producer (m/f/d) 40-60%

For a technical professional association in the city of Bern, we are looking for reinforcement in a part-time capacity revolving around multimedia production.

What are the core tasks?

• Photography and simple video productions for the communication channels (homepage, LinkedIn, Instagram, internal platform, print)
• Planning and coordinating cross-channel content
• Design of publications, flyers, and posters according to CI/CD
• Targeted use of AI tools to increase efficiency in content production and distribution
• Creating, publishing, and maintaining posts (social media)
• Building and maintaining an image database
• Participation in the further development of our organization's communication
• Observing and picking up new trends

What are the requirements?

• Has an eye for high-quality content
• Experience in content production for social media and other interactive channels
• Training in the field of multimedia, social media, video, marketing, communication, marketing or a related field
• Initial professional experience in the areas of communication and content creation
• Proficient in the use of AI tools for text, image, and video generation
• Stylistically confident in writing concise texts
• A fine sense for social media trends as well as understanding of current and emerging formats and topics
• Structured and independent – even when things need to go fast.
• Enjoyment of exchange with the community, members, and the internal team
• German and ideally communication in French
