Your tasks
The position offers an interesting and broad spectrum of tasks in the field of personal insurance and occupational pension schemes – versatile, varied and demanding. Your central tasks include in particular:

• Processing daily mail and administrative tasks as part of customer care
• Telephone customer care (without advisory activity)
• Processing of claims cases
• further tasks related to administrative and organizational customer care

Your profile

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and/or several years of experience at an insurance or insurance broker company
• Experience in the field of personal insurance; knowledge in occupational pension schemes is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Team-oriented, communicative nature
• High service readiness and strong customer orientation
• Good organizational talent and flexibility
