What you can achieve

• Creating and maintaining demand planning as well as order data and invoices in SAP
• Continuous monitoring of delivery dates, quantities and availabilities
• Early recognition of material shortages and schedule risks
• Initiating countermeasures in coordination with purchasing, project management and logistics
• Coordination of priorities in case of scarce materials or delivery delays
• Supporting the program manager in all administrative and organizational matters
• Supporting project procurement
• Organization of meetings and workshops incl. the necessary preparations (invitation and agenda etc.)

What you bring with you

• Commercial or technical basic training is an advantage with experience in project management and SCM
• Very good MS Office and SAP user knowledge (S/4 Hana)
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very flexible, resilient, organizational talent – enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
• Proficient German as well as very good English and French skills
• Friendly appearance, motivated, dynamic

About the division

We offer secure and interoperable communication solutions for the Swiss Army and national and international security bodies and are responsible for the integration, operation and maintenance of security-relevant information, communication and command systems. This position is located in the project Replacement for the existing Integrated Military Telecommunications System (IMFS) of the Swiss Army.
