Your profile:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting, management control or an equivalent background * Previous experience in a management control function or in a position involving significant responsibilities in financial and budgetary monitoring, ideally in the healthcare sector * Very good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting processes and financial analysis * Excellent mastery of Excel and general ease with IT tools * Experience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard creation is a real asset * Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, combined with a structured and rigorous approach * Ability to manage priorities and to work autonomously * Ease in exchanges with various interlocutors and ability to make financial information understandable to non-financial profiles Your mission:
• Drive and coordinate the preparation of budgets in collaboration with the various managers concerned + Ensure budgetary monitoring and analyze variances between forecasts and results + Produce financial analyses to better understand the evolution of activities and to support decision-making + Develop and monitor key management and performance indicators + Design, evolve and automate dashboards and reporting tools + Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to improve the availability and readability of financial data + Participate in the preparation of various reports intended for the steering of the organization + Contribute to the monitoring and evolution of internal control mechanisms + Collaborate with operational managers and the people in charge of various projects + Support users in understanding financial data and using management tools + Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and securing financial processes jpida2b49f8jm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
