Technical Marketing Clerk 60-80% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an organizationally strong and proactive Technical Marketing Clerk 60-80% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Implementation of corporate publishing measures as well as maintenance of existing flyers, brochures, and product documents based on defined InDesign templates and CD guidelines
• Updating and preparing technical product documentation as well as maintenance of the associated master and documentation data
• Collaboration in Digital Marketing through the maintenance and publication of provided content in SharePoint, on LinkedIn and other channels, as well as maintenance of our multilingual website
• Implementation of database marketing measures for campaigns, form letters, and lead management in CRM and ERP systems
• Collaboration in the migration of existing product and marketing content into new systems as well as to the new website
• Coordination with marketing, sales, and the responsible specialist departments
• Occasional support for internal events, in giveaway management, and for administrative marketing tasks

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with initial professional experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
• Experience in the maintenance and preparation of marketing, customer, and product data
• Very good MS Office knowledge as well as proficiency in handling CRM, ERP, and content management systems
• Good sense of design and clean, CD-compliant document preparation
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
• Stylistically confident German as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and technically oriented environment
