Central Dispatch Operator with Patrols/Rounds/Intervention at 70% + Bonus - Evolvable to Dispatch Chief at 90% (m/f/d)

What you can contribute: ##

• Management and processing of alarms (fire, break-in, aggression, technical)
• Dispatching of intervention agents or official emergency services
• Responsibility for dispatches outside of operational hours
• Ensuring the processing of start and end of shifts, security calls, etc-
• Ensuring the monitoring of sensitive vehicles via geo-location
• Processing client calls outside of the management's opening hours
• Management of administrative tasks related to the center's activity
• Processing of emergencies in relation to driving/dispatching
• Assessing and prioritizing actions to be taken in managing specific situations
• Processing of remote openings of client sites
• Management of video surveillance and access control of external buildings
• Control rounds via video surveillance
• Management of the remote activation/deactivation of alarm systems
• Emergency staff planning
• Ensuring operational decision-making for the Geneva management
• Schedule: 4x12 (4 working days from 6am to 6pm followed by 4 rest days x2 rotations and then 4 night shifts from 6pm to 6am, followed by 4 rest nights x2 rotations)
• Patrol/round/intervention services at 25-30% during the CE Operator apprenticeship
• Progressive decrease in the patrol/round/Intervention activity rate in favor of the CE rate

What you bring: ##

• Honorability without criminal record
• Swiss nationality, permit C, B with authorized lucrative activity (for more than 2 years if non-EU/EFTA state) or EU/EFTA national
• Category B driving license mandatory for the use of service vehicles
• Perfect command of spoken and written French and fluent spoken English min. B2

Mastery of IT tools and usual means of communication (telephone, radio, e-mail, fax, etc.)

• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team in a confined space (Alarm and Dispatch Center)
• Good writing skills
• Experience as an alarm/dispatch center operator or similar activity, an asset
• Experience in security lodge and/or in rounds and intervention of min. 6 months are other assets
• Good knowledge of the topography of Geneva, an additional asset
• Emotional resilience and ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining performance
• Ability to manage priorities in exceptional conditions under tight deadlines and sustained flow
• Ease in a technical environment and with the telephone, sense of contact and customer service
