Working Student CRM 60%–80% temporary

To support our CRM team, we are looking for an engaged working student for 12 months with a focus on our advantage program Dosenbach Plus (D+).

You will actively participate in the coordination, implementation, and analysis of CRM campaigns and contribute to addressing our customers with relevant and personalized content and inspiring them for Dosenbach in the long term.

Your area of responsibility:

• You support the CRM Manager in daily business, take on administrative and operational tasks, and contribute to cross-departmental projects related to D+
• You accompany new D+ processes from the testing phase to the successful rollout in the branches and the online shop
• You implement e-mail automation campaigns according to defined specifications, evaluate relevant key figures, and make adjustments for ongoing optimization
• You work closely with the specialist departments Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, and other interfaces

Our requirements:

• You are currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, have already completed it, or have a comparable education
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the retail environment and are interested in customer-oriented marketing measures, personalized customer communication, and the building of long-term customer relationships
• You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• You think analytically and in networks and work in a structured, independent, and precise manner
• You enjoy working in a team, roll up your sleeves, learn quickly, and communicate openly and clearly
