Management (60-80%)

Das Vorstädtli Generationenhaus accompanies around ten adults with mental and/or physical impairments from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, we offer a lunch table and leisure care for school children and adolescents. In the day support, participants contribute their skills in housekeeping, gardening, creativity and culture and shape their leisure time meaningfully.

Your profile:

• Completed training at HF/FH level in the social or health sector with commercial knowledge
• Leadership experience and/or willingness to undertake corresponding further training
• Concrete experience in dealing with people with mental health issues
• You are warm-hearted, creative, motivated and communicate actively
• You want to further develop proven methods and set new impulses

Your tasks:

• You lead the operation professionally, personally, and economically with 3-4 employees and actively work in everyday life
• You represent the intergenerational offer externally and regularly maintain contacts with partners and authorities
