To strengthen our team in a renowned cultural institution in Riehen, we are looking for flexible and committed personalities who enjoy welcoming and accompanying visitors in an inspiring environment. As part of the Fondation Beyeler, you will move daily amidst significant works of modern and contemporary art and contribute to ensuring our guests can enjoy a safe, pleasant, and enriching museum experience.

What to expect ###

• Opening and operating the ticket cash desk
• Ticket sales and support with inquiries
• Daily cash closing
• Maintaining various inventories and lists
• Supervisory duties, as well as entrance control and cloakroom services

What you bring with you ###

• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good oral language skills in English and French
• Professional experience at a cash desk or in retail
• Good PC user skills and proficient handling of cash systems
• High flexibility and willingness for weekend and evening shifts
• Process-oriented working
• Service-oriented and well-groomed appearance
• Affinity for art is an advantage
• Flawless reputation
