• Shared responsibility within the school management team for the design, development and quality of the entire Sekundarschule Therwil
• strategic and operative school development
• leadership responsibility, collaboration in the school management team
• maintenance of constructive relationships with students, parents, teachers and stakeholders
• joint definition of the department and task distribution within the school management team

Your background

• several years of professional experience as a Sek I teacher, recognized pedagogical training
• Recognized school management training or willingness to complete this alongside employment
• willingness for close cooperation with the local community and regional authorities
• strong communication skills, interest in structured and sustainable school development
• teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented communication, good ICT skills
• interest in an open, participatory leadership culture

Sekundarschule Therwil

Die Sekundarschule Therwil is a school with around 500 students in regular and small classes, as well as well over 60 teachers. Our teaching team is supplemented by specialists for special education and social pedagogical support. The semi-autonomously managed school is headed by the school management in the form of a three-person team. A friendly school administration, our two competent caretakers as well as the school social work also contribute to a well-functioning school organism. We offer you a versatile and exciting activity in a motivated team.
