The legal department of the Department of Construction and Mobility handles various legal issues in the areas of public and private construction law, public procurement, as well as traffic ordinances. For our dynamic team, we are looking for a committed and structured person as an assistant to the legal department (50%).

Your tasks ##

• Organize: Autonomous management of the secretariat, coordination of appointments and monitoring of deadlines
• Support: Finalization and sending of legal acts, documents for files and correspondence to authorities and private individuals
• Communicate: First point of contact for internal departments, authorities, law firms and private individuals
• Manage: Management of physical and electronic files as well as monitoring of incoming and outgoing mail

Your profile ##

• Commercial training or equivalent; professional experience in a legal environment desired
• Autonomous, reliable and precise working method as well as impeccable command of German
• Ability to assimilate quickly and resistance to stress, even under pressure
• Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel as well as willingness to learn new systems quickly
• Presence preferably every morning
