• Ensure the educational support of children welcomed in a boarding school setting, in compliance with the institutional project and in collaboration with an educational team of six professionals
• Implement a securing educational framework adapted to the needs of minors presenting difficulties in emotional regulation and particularities related to their psycho-affective development
• Support parental skills
• Collaborate closely with families, placement services, and network partners.

• Bachelor in social work (HETS), ES social educator diploma or university Bachelor in psychology completed by one year of full-time professional practice in a boarding school or IGE
• Foreign diplomas: definitive recognition issued by the SEFRI (or equivalent recognized body)
• CAS as a trainer practitioner (PF), an asset
• Experience in the field of childhood and socio-educational support, an asset
• Excellent knowledge of child development
• Strong interest in supporting children and their parents within the context of complex situations
• Great capacity for adaptation and ease in working with diverse audiences
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, team spirit, and capacity for initiative
• Good knowledge of the Genevan social network
• Good writing skills in French.

Must be of Swiss nationality or hold a valid work permit.
