Mobile Handyman (m/f/d) 60 to 80 %

• Preparation, setup, and restoration of seminar and meeting rooms
• Arrangement of rooms according to client standards and requests
• Moving and rearranging of furniture
• Execution of small tasks (locks, lighting, etc.), manual handling, and logistical support
• Daily restocking of cafeterias, kitchenettes, and social areas
• Management and monitoring of stocks (consumables, beverages, food items, event equipment)
• Service and setting up of corporate meals, meetings, and events
• Quality and presentation control of client spaces
• Support to the Hospitality, Reception, and General Services teams
• Compliance with safety standards and client procedures
• Contribution to an irreproachable client experience
• Coming from training in a technical field (facilities agent, general building maintenance) or hotel field (hospitality, events)
• Previous experience in logistics, hospitality, events, or hotels, ideally in a similar position (between 3 and 5 years)
• Excellent sense of service and neat appearance
• Strong client orientation and attention to detail
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
• Good physical condition and aptitude for manual handling tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in French mandatory (minimum C1 level)
• Knowledge of English appreciated
• Mobile in Geneva and its region (intervention on different sites in the Lake Geneva basin)
• Variable hours depending on operational needs
