In collaboration with our client, a company in the health sector in the Bern region, we are looking to hire a person in financial accounting 60-80%. The institution combines medical expertise, research and development, and places great importance on interprofessional collaboration. Your tasks at the new employer

• In this function, you are responsible for accounts receivable, including invoicing, debt collection as well as the management of client and patient data
• The correct recording of business transactions as well as the management of payments and liquidity are part of your daily routine
• You support monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as the development of reporting and the internal control system
• If necessary, you ensure replacements within the finance team and accompany commercial apprentices in your field

What you offer your new employer

• You have completed commercial training and ideally continuing education in accounting at the collaborator level
• You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting, experience in accounts receivable and debt collection is an asset
• You communicate fluently in German and are proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• You convince with a structured, analytical and autonomous way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility and appreciate exchanges with different interlocutors
