inbyko innenarchitektur in Basel plans and designs high-quality, well-thought-out renovation and interior fit-out projects in private residential construction, for public institutions and for modern working environments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with a solid professional foundation in interior fit-out and several years of professional experience. A confident and competent appearance, as well as a clear understanding of the project process, is a prerequisite.

Your tasks

• Project and office administration, maintaining internal filing structures and processes
• Project management, scheduling, tenders and cost control
• Coordination of contractors and suppliers during planning
• Site management / execution supervision
• Depending on experience, taking over projects and internal areas of responsibility
• Creation of design, construction and detail plans

Your profile

• Completed training as Zeichner:in EFZ specializing in interior architecture with project and planning experience
• Alternatively, completed training as Schreiner:in EFZ with project and planning experience and a clear understanding of the construction process and SIA norms
• Solid understanding of interior fit-out, construction, materials and execution details
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Confident handling of Vectorworks, Mac and Microsoft Office
• Competent appearance towards customers and suppliers
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Basic English knowledge desired
• Residence in Basel or the region
