Fresh. Fast. To the point. At Frischesortimenten, every hour counts. You are the important contact person when it comes to timing, quantities, and replenishment. This position is temporarily limited for one year.

Work location: Region Aarau
Start date: by arrangement

Your tasks:

• You carefully dispose of fresh assortments and complete administrative tasks on schedule
• You keep delivery readiness, stock coverage, and write-offs under control and continuously optimize them
• You calculate and dispose of promotional, seasonal, and holiday quantities foresightfully
• You consistently enforce the applicable delivery requirements with suppliers
• You work in a matter-of-fact and efficient manner with internal departments, clients, and suppliers
• You clarify and process differences from invoice verification in a timely manner
• In shop support, you lend a hand during off-peak times, which also includes occasional Saturday shifts on a rotation basis (approx. 5-7 assignments per year, distributed throughout the team)
• You plan in a goal-oriented manner and work closely with internal and external partners

This is you:

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship with EFZ, commercial or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in disposition is a big plus
• You are good with numbers and analyses, and your business understanding is pronounced
• You are confident in using MS Office, and ideally, you know SAP
• You are flexible regarding off-peak times and Saturday shifts in the team rotation model
• Good French skills? That would be perfect!
