Training Manager with Lecturer Activities

We are looking for a Training Manager with lecturer activities 40 - 50 %

The sozB, School for Social Support, enables committed adults to make a well-founded lateral entry into a social profession. To professionally accompany, encourage and strengthen people in challenging situations - our practical, part-time and forward-looking educational offerings enable this. For our training, Social Support, we are looking for a competent, motivated and committed Training Manager.

Your requirement profile

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or Higher Vocational School in Social Work / Social Pedagogy, studies in Psychology or Adult Education/Pedagogy. Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an Instructor, recognition as a BSO Supervisor is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge in the field of adult psychology, several years of professional experience in psychosocial fields of work and in outreach social work; experience in age-appropriate teaching and in the leadership and/or coaching of adult groups, as well as in process- and goal-oriented work with groups. Systemic thinking and life-world oriented approaches are familiar.
• Experience in the revision of curricula/syllabi is an advantage.

Your tasks

• Class supervision and support of participants in their individual learning process as well as own teaching activities depending on experience and qualifications in areas such as: personality development, communication, empowerment and professional action in practice etc.
• Practical advice for participants, participation in public relations and contact with employers through workplace visits.
