Extra waiter/waitress

Job description We are looking for an extra waiter/waitress to strengthen our team in the evenings and on weekends. This key front-of-house position guarantees an optimal customer experience by ensuring smooth and attentive service.

Your missions :

• Warmly welcome customers and accompany them to their table.
• Present the menu and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
• Take orders and ensure effective liaison with the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks according to the establishment's standards.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Handle payments and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the meal.
• Participate in the setup and tidying of the dining room.
• Work in a team to guarantee smooth and efficient service.

Your profile

• Experience in floor service, ideally in fine dining or traditional restaurants.
• Excellent presentation and sense of service.
• Ability to work under pressure with speed and precision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for customer contact.
• Good stress management and team spirit.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules in catering.
