To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Employee Finance & Accounting (40-50%) effective immediately or by arrangement. Your versatile tasks are: Independent management of the financial accounting including interim and annual financial statements; Processing and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning management; Participation in budgeting, liquidity planning, and controlling; Preparation of key figures, statistics, and evaluations for the management; Preparation of billings and cost accounting; Support and further development of our financial processes and digital systems, especially Abacus; Support in payroll accounting as a deputy; Close cooperation with the management as well as the internal specialist departments. You bring with you: Completed commercial training as well as further training in finance and accounting; Professional experience in financial accounting and proficiency in dealing with numbers is mandatory; Good IT user knowledge, ideally experience with Abacus; Analytical thinking skills and business understanding; Joy in questioning processes and actively helping to shape them.
