Our legal service operates like an in-house legal department and accompanies our client representatives in all construction law matters. Your tasks * You advise our project managers and the management on matters of private and public construction law -- especially in procurement processes and contractual issues such as supplementary claims, defects, and fee disputes. * You manage court proceedings independently and represent the interests of the Hochbauamt. * You participate in interdisciplinary projects and working groups of the Hochbauamt or the Baudirektion. * You draft well-founded statements and motions for internal and external bodies. * You are responsible for the legal service matters of the office and participate in legislation projects. Your profile * You have a completed legal degree (MLaw) and preferably also a bar attorney admission (Anwaltspatent). * You bring several years of professional experience in private and public construction law, especially in contract and procurement law. * As part of a small team, you enjoy working independently and autonomously. * In order to optimally advise our project managers and the management, you have a good sense for audience-oriented and concise communication. * You maintain an overview of both short-term issues and longer-running proceedings and pursue your topics consistently.
