Possible at 100% for 4 months during maternity leave.
You will work in a varied environment in a team of 7 MPAs/medical secretaries. The secretariat is the first point of contact for our doctors as well as referrers
Your tasks
You will take on administrative and organizational tasks, including the processing of mail and e-mails as well as the processing of insurance inquiries
You coordinate telephone calls with patients as well as referring doctors and provide competent information
You transcribe various reports and letters from dictation
You plan and organize geriatric and palliative consultations
Consultation assistance as well as blood collection
In close cooperation with doctors, nursing, and other internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to constructive and interprofessional cooperation
Your profile
Completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant
Good knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient German in speaking and writing
Routine and efficiency in handling MS Office programs
You maintain an overview even in hectic situations, set priorities correctly, work independently as well as quality-consciously, and are open to new things
