Your area of responsibility ##

In rehabilitation planning, you ensure that our patients are at the right doctor or in the right therapy at the right time. You are the hub between the medical staff and therapies.

Scheduling doctor appointments:
You plan the doctor appointments of our patients.
Coordinating therapies:
You coordinate the appointments in the therapeutic areas with each other.
Digital working:
You communicate electronically and process documents in the system.

Your profile ##

We are not looking for an ideal candidate on paper, but for people who work with sound professional knowledge and have an interest in new things. Education:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training as an MPA. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
IT:
You work confidently with MS Office; knowledge of KISIM is a plus.
Language:
You speak and write German very well [Level C1].
Way of working:
You maintain an overview with many appointments and remain friendly in contact with patients and teams.
