We are looking for support in the social services team as of 1 December 2026 at the Gontenschwil location. The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-oriented treatment for our patients. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations -- our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden -- we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks * Collection of social history, goal agreement with patients, conducting individual interviews and regular review of the objectives * Goal- and solution-oriented counseling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial aspects, housing, guardianship measures and family issues * Support of patients in contact with social insurance providers, authorities and other external bodies * Organization and participation in site meetings and helper conferences with internal and external bodies * Co-responsibility for discharge planning and the associated administrative tasks * Organization and implementation of alumni evenings and the therapy market * Co-supervision of training interns * Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies * Participation in reports, team meetings, supervisions and intervisions * Timely and proper file management and documentation Your profile * Degree as a Social Worker FH or comparable training * Some years of professional experience, preferably in a clinical setting * Further training in social insurance is an advantage * Practical instructor course is an advantage * Very good German and IT user skills * Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation * A team-oriented, curious and proactive personality * We desire a fundamental attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
