PROMAN BM EMPLOI SA, a major Swiss Romand player in the world of recruitment consulting in the Construction sector, we are looking for, for one of our clients in the canton of Geneva, a:

SITE MANAGER

Your missions
------------

• Organization, preparation, and monitoring of electrical sites
• Coordination and supervision of teams in the field
• Planning of works and management of priorities
• Review / modification of execution plans with engineers
• Management of material and supplies
• Supervision of high voltage and low voltage installations
• Monitoring of connections, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Quality control of the work performed
• Compliance with deadlines, electrical standards, and safety rules
• Participation in site meetings and administrative follow-up
• Relationship with clients, suppliers, and works managers

Job requirement:

Profile sought
-----------------

• Site manager training
• CFC as an electrical installer or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in site management (5 years)
• Good technical knowledge and safety standards
• Leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Driving license indispensable
