We are currently looking for passionate and motivated culinary talents for positions within prestigious establishments in the Geneva sector

Chef de Partie in a gastronomic restaurant M/F on temporary assignments

Your missions :

• Ensure the mise en place requested by the chef de cuisine
• Maintain one's station hot or cold according to needs
• Carry out various preparations according to the chef's requests
• Ensure the cleaning of the premises
• Know how to prioritize mise en place and service tasks
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Your skills :

• Know and master basic cooking techniques
• Know the requirements of a cuisine of fresh and seasonal products
• Know how to work autonomously
• Be efficient and fast in the execution of requested tasks
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef de Partie
• Initial training in cooking imperative
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
