Job description ##

Mandated by a human-sized company offering high-precision products, we are looking for a Micromechanician as part of the creation of a new position.
As a Micromechanician, you will play an essential role in the manufacture, assembly, repair, finishing, and adjustment of small-scale precision tooling. You will work with specialized equipment and tools to produce high-quality parts in accordance with technical specifications.
Your missions :
Manufacture, assembly, and adjustment of small-scale precision watchmaking tooling.
You will carefully follow technical drawings or models to perform the necessary finishing operations.
Your expertise will consist of performing adjustments and surface finishes to respect the required dimensional and aesthetic tolerances.
The quality of the finished products will be your absolute priority.
You will perform rigorous measurements and quality controls to ensure their compliance with established standards.
You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting technical problems encountered during the manufacturing process

Requirements ##

You hold a CFC in micromechanics or an equivalent technical diploma in the field of precision mechanics
You have acquired several years of experience in the field of micromechanics
You are rigorous, meticulous, autonomous, and reliable in the execution of tasks to ensure the quality of the finished products
You are solution-oriented, possess good team spirit, and good communication skills
