Attached to the medico-administrative service, the urology secretariat is composed of medical assistants and medico-administrative collaborators. The team handles all the administrative aspect and assistance for all the doctors in the Urology Service.

Your missions

• Technical gestures related to consultation activity, such as insertion and removal of urinary catheters, catheter tests, various injections.
• Preparation of instruments necessary for the medical examination
• Assisting doctors during certain care or minor surgical interventions (cystoscopies, insertion and changing of suprapubic catheters)
• Assisting doctors for interventions (circumcision and vasectomy).
• Physical reception and seating of patients
• Management of telephone calls and the agenda for making appointments
• Administrative management of patient files (admissions, summons and transmission of examination reports)
• Typing and sending of medical reports
• Management of medical supply stock

Your profile

• CFC as medical assistant
• Several years of professional experience (in the field of urology, an asset)
• Perfect mastery of the French language and medical terminology
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)
