Job Description

• You collaborate closely in the care of patients within a multidisciplinary team
• You provide varied, global and individualized care under the delegation of a nurse
• You dispense medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
• You support patients in a responsible and autonomous manner for aspects of care relating to activities of daily living
• You ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient file

Profile sought
-----------------

• You hold a CFC as an Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
• You possess proven experience after your diploma of at least one year in somatic care and/or psychiatric care.
• You are a dynamic, involved, motivated person and have a sense of responsibility.
• Ideally, you are trained in the Soarian software.
• You have an excellent presentation, good interpersonal skills and empathy.
