• You independently treat outpatient and inpatient patients
• You decide independently on the course, structure, and adjustment of therapy
• You work with diverse, often complex cases
• AAÜP rehabilitation including functional assessments are part of it
• You have real time for your patients (no minute-by-minute scheduling)
• You work closely and uncomplicately with doctors, nursing, and ergo

• Interest in geriatrics
• Motivating basic attitude towards the elderly and humor
