For our good customer, a renowned industrial company in Basel, we are looking for reinforcement in HR due to maternity leave. We are looking for as of now a:
HR Generalist 100 % (m/f/d) - fixed-term for 3 months
Your tasks
Support of employees and managers in personnel-relevant matters
Accompanying entry and exit processes
Preparation of employment contracts, work certificates, and confirmations
Support in onboarding, offboarding, and HR projects
Obtaining and checking references as well as relevant documents
Your profile
Commercial training with further education in the HR field, ideally HR specialist
Several years of experience as an HR Generalist
Independent, structured, and discreet way of working
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
Residence in the Basel region or surroundings
