Your tasks

• Support in the daily care and supervision of female patients, male patients as well as female residents and male residents
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilization, as well as dressing and undressing
• Support with everyday activities and individual needs
• Promotion of independence and well-being of the persons being cared for
• Observation of the general condition and communication of important changes to the professional nursing staff
• Support of the nursing team in the daily workflow
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Appreciative and respectful interaction with the persons being cared for and their relatives

Your profile

• Completed course as a nursing assistant SRK or equivalent recognized training
• Joy in the care and supervision of people
• Professional experience in nursing is an advantage
• Empathetic, reliable, and responsible personality
• Independent and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and joy in collaboration
• Good German language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends
