Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of modern security solutions. With high-quality products such as alarm systems, access controls, video surveillance, and complex security systems, the company ensures comprehensive protection throughout Switzerland - day after day.

To strengthen the technical team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who impresses with expertise, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for security.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of intrusion detection systems, video surveillance, access controls, and other security systems
• Handover of the systems to customers including instruction and documentation
• Technical support of existing systems: maintenance, repairs, and expansions
• Close cooperation with project managers in the implementation of projects of various sizes
• Advice and support for customers regarding technical concerns
• On-call service after training (approx. 5-6 weeks annually)

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Telematiker, electrical installer, Automatiker EFZ or similar
• Good knowledge of IP network technology and handling of software tools
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical support
• Driver's license category B as well as willingness to travel in the region
• French language skills are a plus
