We are looking for a :

Finance and process manager of the social service 70% - 80% ##

Reporting to the Head of the social service, you ensure the supervision of financial activities related to social assistance, manage the social finance team, and contribute to the improvement of the service's processes.

Your mission ###

• You supervise financial activities related to social assistance, notably reimbursements, settlements of social assistance and measures
• You develop and improve the processes as well as the procedures of the social service
• You manage the social finance team, support the development of your employees' skills, and provide your technical & professional support.
• At the intersection between finance and social work, you notably promote coordination between teams and ensure the reconciliation of administrative and financial requirements with field needs

Your profile ###

• CFC as a commercial employee (or equivalent basic training)
• Accounting assistant certificate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative approach
• Strong interest in social service activities and supporting people in precarious situations
• Proficiency in IT (Excel in particular)
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with interlocutors from different professions.
