Accounting Manager 60/80%

For our client, a beautiful SME owning several companies in the digital field and located in Morges, we are looking for an Accounting Manager for a permanent position between 60/80%. Quick start in early autumn.

Accounting Manager 60/80%

Reporting to the group CFO, your missions will be to manage the entire accounting of the group's companies as well as produce payroll. Analytical skills will also need to be implemented.

More precisely:

• Full accounting cycle up to year-end closings for 1 or several entities spread across 2 different cantons
• Preparation of financial statements, being the point of contact with auditors
• Support of an administrative person and control of AP, AR
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT accounting
• Payroll management process from A to Z, social security contribution statements
• HR part: management of arrivals / departures ...
• Support in the cleaning and structuring of the accounting
• Participation in the improvement of IT tools

We are looking for a person with:

• 5 years of experience in accounting - multi-entity with an HR and payroll management component
• Experience in a project-based company and experience in a fiduciary are strong assets
• Salary: 85/95K CHF based on 100% - on-site position in Morges between 60/80% with some travel to be expected within the group's companies

It is important to be able to evolve in a modern SME environment and to be able to work autonomously on one's tasks while fitting into a global ecosystem.
