You embody our values to our clients and thus ensure every day that visitors and employees feel welcomed from the first moment and that their requests, questions and wishes are always treated in a professional and attentive manner.

What awaits you ###

• You welcome and assist clients, guests and visitors in a professional manner and ensure first-class service.
• You guarantee smooth operation of the reception, handle telephone calls as well as emails and coordinate incoming requests.
• You take charge of administrative tasks such as mail processing, order management, ticket management, data updates as well as badge and parking space management.
• You coordinate meetings and events, support during catering services and work in close collaboration with internal interfaces such as IT, building technology and the maintenance service.
• You assume responsibility for access management and security and assist with organizational tasks around the site.

What you bring ###

• Completed commercial training or training in the service/hospitality sector as well as professional experience in a comparable role.
• Very good oral and written knowledge in German and French (indispensable) as well as good knowledge of English.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and a structured and autonomous way of working.
• Strong service orientation, organizational skills, team spirit and enjoyment of human contact.
• Flexibility regarding working hours as well as the willingness to perform approximately 1 to 2 shifts on public holidays per year.
