About Our Client ##

Our client is an internationally active company with high quality standards and a professional finance environment. Due to a short-term personnel shortage, temporary support is sought for initially at least 3 months, with a quick start and option for extension.

Job Description ##

• Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS
• Management and support of accounts payable
• Support of accounts receivable including dunning management
• Deputy in the general ledger
• Ensuring finance-relevant processes considering compliance and IKS requirements
• Support with ERP/SAP projects, tests, and process optimizations
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments and finance stakeholders

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial basic training with further training as Accounting Clerk
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ideally general ledger
• Knowledge of OR, initial contact with IFRS is an advantage
• SAP experience is an advantage, good Excel skills required
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
• Available at short notice and open to a 50% workload with high presence on-site
