Tasks:

• autonomous preparation of dishes
• management of the kitchen brigade
• maintaining order and hygiene in the pizzeria according to current regulations

Requirements:

• with AFC certificate
• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• dynamic, creative person, prone to working in a team
• passion for cooking and attention to quality
• ability to work in a team
• seriousness, punctuality and flexibility
• care for order and cleanliness
• knowledge of HACCP hygiene and sanitary regulations
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

• employment from 10 to 30%
• employment by previous agreement, permanent
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
