Our client is an established trading company that convinces through its wide assortment and its strong regional anchoring. Sales Inside Sales ensures the daily processing of all orders and requests from the sales outlets in French-speaking Switzerland.

To strengthen the team in the region, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as

Sales Administrator Inside Sales (50 %)

Your tasks

• You are actively involved in the daily processing of sales inside sales and ensure smooth workflows.
• You monitor the ordering process and ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
• You receive complaints, assess them professionally, and find solution-oriented ways for our customers.

This position is temporary until the end of February 2027.

Qualifications

Your profile

• You have professional experience in sales inside sales or in a comparable administrative function with direct customer contact
• You communicate confidently in German and French (at least level B2), as you will primarily support the team in looking after our customers in the Romandie
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications
• You are characterized by a communicative, team-oriented, and resilient nature and maintain an overview even in hectic times
