Export Logistics & Compliance Coordinator M/F at 80%

A recognized industrial player in the aeronautics, energy, and nuclear sectors, our client is looking for an Export Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to strengthen its Supply Chain team.

Occupation rate: 80%
Temporary mission of 3 months then hiring on a fixed contract.

In a demanding international environment, you will play a key role in managing export flows, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of logistical processes.

Missions ##

Management of export operations ###

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor international shipments.
• Establish documentation related to exports: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), certificates, and documentary sets.
• Ensure delivery tracking via ERP, EDI platforms, and customer portals.

Compliance & customs regulation ###

• Guarantee the compliance of operations with national and international customs regulations.
• Manage aspects related to export controls, dual-use products (Dual Use), End User Statement, preferential origin, and customs classification.
• Ensure compliance with current legal and documentary requirements.

Process optimization ###

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of logistical activities.
• Participate in the digitalization of processes and the integration of new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence tools.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, and customer teams.

Management of unforeseen events ###

• Handle emergencies and resolve issues related to transport and exports.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions and compliance with internal procedures.

Your profile ##

Training & experience ###

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in international export logistics.
• Excellent mastery of SAP (MM and SD modules).
• Solid experience in international transport and customs operations.
• Experience gained at a freight forwarder is a real asset.

Technical skills ###

• Expertise in customs regulations and international trade.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, certificates of origin, customs duties, and export procedures.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Sensitivity to automation projects and new technologies.

Languages ###

• Fluent French.
• Professional English indispensable (TOEIC level 750 or equivalent).
• German appreciated.
