Welcome to the Schulen Belp - Whoever works with us helps shape learning. In the Primarschule Mühlematt, we accompany around 300 children in 12 regular classes and 3 kindergartens. Tasks ###

Plan and conduct lessons
Differentiate and promote individually
Record and document learning progress
Promote class management and social learning
Give assessments and feedback
Cooperation in level/subject teams
Participation in school conferences

Requirements ###

• Trained (or in training)
• Assumption of the function of the class teacher
• Joy in cooperation within the team
• Strong relationship competence - with a view to individual needs, clear structures, conducive learning environments, and positive, appreciative interactions.
• Appreciative communication with children, parents, and the team
• Willingness to help shape the school and openness to new things
