For its Antenne R-SourceS, we are looking for an educator ready to take on a challenge that is as demanding as it is meaningful. Your role * Individually accompany pupils in complex situations, reinforcing supervision within the classroom * Work in a team with the teacher so that each pupil can progress in their school program * Ensure the administrative follow-up related to your support What you bring * A diploma in social education (ES or HES) or an equivalent training * Solid experience with children presenting an intellectual development disorder * A good mastery of crisis management tools; PGCC training (Prevention and management of behavioral crises) is a real plus * An excellent sense of contact, dynamism, autonomy and a good dose of patience * Availability and flexibility What we offer you * The school rhythm, with the corresponding holidays * Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud * An experienced and motivated multidisciplinary team, where every voice counts * An institution rich in its multiple missions, from childhood to adulthood * A unique working environment, in the heart of nature In brief Rate: 70 %, mandatory distribution over the five days of the week (from Monday to Friday).
