Tasks ###

• As a technology and finance enthusiast, you drive the analysis of financial processes and data together with the business, identify digitalization potential, and implement innovative ideas with a clear business case
• You support the finance team in correctly assessing technological potential and participate in the prioritization and targeted use of resources to achieve our financial and strategic goals
• You accompany the implementation of new, innovative solutions in the finance area and ensure their sustainable operation (from prototype to stable application)
• You support change management and communication to ensure the optimal use of new technologies such as GenAI and data tools in the financial sector
• Together with the finance leadership team, you continuously develop our operating model for digitalization in the finance department - with a focus on controlling finances and risks

Profile ###

• You have a Bachelor / Master in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Informatics, Informatics, Economics, Engineering) with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science or Finance
• You are an early adopter of new technologies and can inspire your environment with your passion for data-driven financial solutions
• Topics from controlling, accounting, asset management or legal & compliance are not new territory for you
• You are a constructive, solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Slow and inefficient financial processes bore you so much that you would prefer to rethink them completely and optimize them with data and tech
• Initial experience in the development of data- and AI-supported applications or analysis solutions in a business/finance context
• Sound knowledge and experience in Python, SQL, reporting/analytics tools and the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience with cloud platform technologies and CI/CD processes (preferably GCP)
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
