Educator in emergency reception boarding house at 30%, on weekends
The Fondation la Pouponnière et l’Abri in Lausanne aims to work in favor of children and more particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within the framework of its nine institutions: five centres de vie enfantine (CVE), two emergency reception boarding houses, the Accueil éducatif mères-enfants (AEME), the Unité de prestations espace rencontre (UPER).
In order to complete our team at the Internat L'Abri, we are looking for a:
Missions and responsibilities
Ensure the protection and well-being of a group of 10 to 12 children, aged 0 to 6 years and placed by the DGEJ or the SCTP
Welcome and accompany the children in their daily lives
Observe and evaluate the development of the children
Profile sought
Diploma in social education, childhood education, other Bachelor or Master related to the field of activity
Confirmed and recognized experience of educational work in a boarding house with children
Ability to work in a team and in a network in an emergency reception context
Good personal organization, autonomy, ability for analysis and synthesis, excellent adaptability and priority management
Excellent listening skills and empathy
Availability 2 consecutive days (Saturday + Sunday) as well as 2 Thursdays per month, the 30% is distributed over 26 weekends per year
Driver's license
Clean criminal record
