Schlichtungsstelle für Mietangelegenheiten

The Schlichtungsstelle für Mietangelegenheiten is a department within the General Secretariat of the Volkswirtschafts- und Gesundheitsdirektion of the Canton Basel-Landschaft. It is responsible for all disputes arising from the rent or lease of immovable property in the canton. We provide legal information and conduct conciliation negotiations, with the focus being on the agreement of the parties.
